Asari disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asari and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asari and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your violation of these Terms

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
